The PrimeKey EJBCA team is happy to announce that EJBCA 4.0.8 has been released! This is a maintenance release – 16 issues have been resolved. The most noteworthy changes can be seen below.

EJBCA PKI 4.0.8 release notes

A maintenance release containing 7 bug fixes and 1 new feature. This release focuses on CMP interoperability with some 3GPP/LTE equipment and security.

New features
- CMP: Implementing KeyUpdateRequest handler in RA mode.
Bug fixes
- CMP: SenderKeyID does not need to be set in a CMP request if not needed.
- CMP: Can skip verification of a CertConfRequest if desired.
- More efficient CRL download.
- Fixed a build issue of the Validation Authority on some platforms.
- Fixed few minor XSS issues and other minor bugs.
